Crab and Mushroom Risotto
On Friday I made risotto. It was a mushroom/crab risotto. On Saturday I heated some of the leftovers and added cilantro and Rembrandt cheese. Another slightly heavier than ideal dish for the increasing sick me ... but still tasty.
