Everything Bagel Toasted with Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Tomato and Capers
I had this twice for lunch. The first time I tried to eat it like a sandwich. It was still tasty, but unwieldy, so the next time I split up the goodness into two with much less mess. Delicious, just delicious.
