Beets, Brussels Sprouts And Broccoli, Oh My!

I just made this and it turned out far better than I expected. I steamed the broccoli and brussels sprouts for about seven minutes then sauteed them along with the beets. Three teaspoons soy sauce, a few liberal shakes of the powdered ginger and a pinch of salt made this a very enjoyable meal.

It smells like burnt rubber and I keep on looking around my apartment for something slowly moldering but don't see anything. I'm tempted to call my neighbor but feel like that's what a crazy person would do.
