Pork Roast
Yesterday I thought I had to register for classes but I was mistaken...that's today...I spent all my freaked-out-ness and am eerily calm. I did a lot of reading as well.
This is the pork roast, potato spuds and broccoli I ate for dinner. The boyfriend made the pot roast and potatoes on Monday...still very good. Tender and well seasoned, it was. Today I have work and then a night class. Urgh.
