Egg Salad Sandwich With Avocado

Well. I had taken photographs of my gourment egg salad sandwich but somehow those photographs don't exist anymore. So imagine it, a toasted English Muffin with a thin spread of goat cheese, two slivers of avocado, a dollop Egg Salad (eggs, bit mayo, salt and pepper, chopped olives and chopped hot peppers) and more slivers of avocado on top. It was pretty to look at.

Below is Sadie a miniature Shnauzer (sp?).
