Tonight I made myself a little dinner. It was salmon and salad dinner. I mixed a little honey, soy sauce and lemon juice and poured it over a piece of salmon then covered it with aluminum foil and baked. It was actually very good, soy sauce can be iffy when you use it in cooking (or, when I use it in cooking).
The salad was a mixure of Bibb lettuce, black olives, avocado, tomatoes, radishes and artichoke hearts. I poured a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar over it for a little more taste.
