Dinner and Plants
For dinner I made a little stirfry of sorts with radishes, snap peas, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms and boca veggie crumbles...seasoned with sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, ginger and a clove of garlic. We also had a little whole wheat spaghetti to finish it off...mine is hiding underneath the stirfry. Notice the new plants in the back ground...the taller one is a 'sensitive plant' called Mimosa somethingerother and the supergreen one is called golden club moss. We also got some amaryllis bulbs but have lost our rocks for growing them.
