It Never Ends

So I'm thinking this may be the coat. My only concerns are a) does the neck zip up all the way? and b)can I live without a hood. A friend pointed out I could wear a hat. My mother suggested I actually go to a store but I really hate stores.
I couldn't muster a dim sum group up and the boyfriend's not in town so I'm at a loss as to what to do for breakfast/lunch.
