A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Pizza, Pizza, Pizza!
On my very last night in Chicago M. Lady came over and we ate pizza from Pete's Pizza. My parents and I also ate ribs but M. Lady being a vegetarian, well, she didn't participate in that nor did she participate in the two bottles of champagne my mother and I finished off (they had to be gotten rid of, I mean really). The pizza was half garlic and black olives and half artichoke hearts and black olives. The garlic was very much garlicky. I would actually recommend the pizza from Pete's but not the wings or the ribs. Nope. Sorry. Ribs in Atlanta are much, much better. And the pizza, if it has taken a while to get to you, really does improve with thirty seconds in the microwave. Champagne is always good.
