Rainy
Yesterday was a rainy day...as was the day before that and the day before that and, I believe, the day before that....oh yes, and today. Nonetheless I had a rather sunny salad. Organic lettuce, black olives, half an avacado, a tomato, three artichoke hearts, blue cheese crumbles and pickled beets.
I used a little balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and something else as a dressing. Good.
