Yesterday I couldn't take the absence of soft shell crabs in my life. So I called a few fish markets until I found one, relatively nearby, that had soft shell crabs...small and slightly overpriced specimens, but soft and shelled as well as crabs nonetheless. I'm going to write them up as a Chicagoist piece, probably Saturday.

It's A Gloomy Weather Day
Yesterday I couldn't take the absence of soft shell crabs in my life. So I called a few fish markets until I found one, relatively nearby, that had soft shell crabs...small and slightly overpriced specimens, but soft and shelled as well as crabs nonetheless. I'm going to write them up as a Chicagoist piece, probably Saturday.
