Ah yes. Oh boy. Boy howdy and huzzah! Yesterday I got myself out of the apartment and down to the loop in order to pick up the long lost camera. And now it's back where it should be, finaly. I also dropped a glass bottle of milk all over the kitchen floor, the milk decided its best route to full puddleness would be under the stove. Stupid milk really pissed me off.
Last night I made Ratatouille. The boyfriend and I have a farm share and this was a good way to get some of last week's produce out of the veggie drawer before this week's came in. It had eggplant, squash, tomato, red pepper and green olives. I served it on cilantro flavored rice (flavored by me not by a premixed bag) and on top I put a poached egg. Behold.
