Macaroni and Cheese Revamped

I had a fair amount of macaroni and cheese left over from Sunday and little desire to eat it. So I thought I would try to make it a little more interesting...or circa 1953. I added tuna from a can and steamed broccoli and this is what it looks like now. I spiced it up with salt, pepper and original tabasco.

Now that I have eaten, I need to buckle down and read a whole book.
