Disney World: Martial Law

It seems Hong Kong's health inspectors and citizens are a little less than ecstatic about the new Disney World opening in their area.

After two complaints of food poisoning some health inspectors went to the Magic Kingdom. Once there and checking things out, the inspectors were asked by members of the Disney staff to take off parts of their uniforms (hats and badges I think), making them not easily identifiable thus not inciting the masses to panic.

The uniforms look a little something like this:

An editorial in the Ming Pao Daily News says Hong Kong residents suspect Disney "wants to engineer special rights and turn the theme park into an independent kingdom that Hong Kong laws can't reach". (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/4232342.stm)

I'm wondering exactly what these special rights at the theme park would be...Eat candy for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Every night is New Year's Eve? All your friends must be six feet tall and personified animals? Everybody wears brightly colored and over priced jester's hats?
Wow, imagine....I mean, really, really, imagine.
