On Saturday I made ribs for the first time in my life. It was actually quite easy. And quite tasty. I didn't bother with making my own barbeque sauce, I did, however, do a little dry rub before smothering the ribbies in thick and spicy sauce from a bottle.
Mmmm, ribs.
