A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Fish Sandwich c/o JD's Filling Station
After concluding the beach portion of the afternoon, it was time for us to get on the road. M. suggested lunch, I remembered having a decent meal at a restaurant on the way out of Lewes, so that's where we went. Except it clearly had changed owners and decor, and had a completely different menu and vibe. That vibe being 'gas station attendant/car enthusiast' hang out. Bright yellows and reds, the color of condiments on all surfaces and plenty of license plates and photographs of cars. I ordered a fried fish sandwich, which was ok, but not really awesome in any way.
