A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Pork Ho Fun c/o 'G-Chop'
Last Saturday B. and I spent a little quality deck time together...for the last time. After having left the office the week or two prior to this meeting, B. was in the last minute throes of packing up her apartment in preparation of her ultimate Iowa Writer's Workshop destination (by way of Georgia). We ordered dinner from Golden Chopsticks. I had the pork ho fun, which was quite good when immediately eaten but did not, as is usually the case, hold up as well to secondary eatings. Nonetheless it was sad to think think this was our last face-to-face eating, sitting experience. I wish her extremely well.
