A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Typical
Because I, for the moment, live near so work and because I, hopefully not forever, need to be very careful about every dollar I spend until I get my first big grown up paycheck in quite a while, my lunch most days has been less than super creative. Honey smoked turkey (or some variation of the words "turkey" and "smoked" but perhaps not "honey") with thinly sliced Muenster cheese, regular ol' mayo, regular ol' mustard on whole grain bread. The other day I added cucumbers to the equation. I know, I'm revolutionary and you can hardly stand it.
