A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Hospital Food
I did not envy my father his hospital meals. Some seemed a bit better than others but none of them seemed like something I'd voluntarily choose. This was his lunch on Sunday I think.

Ok so I have never gotten this. If you are in the hospital for cardiac issues does it make a whole lot of sense to be served what looks to be roast beef? Or for anyone in there for any reason, super salt and grease and fat???? I will stop now. Papa got released, yes?

I couldn't tell you about that. Though it is true that my father has been told to avoid salt.
He was released on Thursday and now my parents are back in Tennessee. A good turn of events.
