Sunday Bagels and Germantown Street Fair (Mt. Airy?)

On Sunday J and her two sons and I went to her in-laws. There I had a bagel with cream cheese. The bagels were nice a fresh and hot and the cream cheese was, well, as good as cream cheese usually was...it was, of course, Philadelphia brand cream cheese.
After the bagels and a little bit of playing outside we went to the Mt. Airy (Germantown?) Home and Garden street fair. It was really big. Many blocks of the Main Street jam packed with pregnant ladies, babies, old people and well just everybody.
For lunch I had an "Island Pork Sandwich" from one of the many food kiosks. I believe it came from Cafette. Though the meat could have been hotter and I would have been interested in a different kind of bun, the mixture of flavors made this sandwich a winner: barbequed pork, pineapple and hot banana peppers. Loved it.

Mt. Airy is the neighborhood next to Germantown. They are part of the triad of Chestnut Hill (very fancy), Mt. Airy (more normal, diverse, lots of friends from there growing up) and Germantown (parts of which are nice, parts of which are very dodgy and where GFS is)
