I was on a bit of a work-lunch roll for a few days that ended with soup and gyoza at Penny's Noodle Shop. Tom Yum was good with a kick but seemed not much different than the starter paste I have in my refrigerator. And the gyoza weren't all that amazing either. Best thing by far I've had at Penny's is still the Tom Kha soup.
