Tofu Stir Fry In Brown Sauce

I made this little dish last night. I was trying to recreate the Chinese restaurant brown sauce loveliness which I can't get enough of but do not, actually, know how to make. I approximated from two different recipes. Both recipes called for hoisin sauce. I didn't have any Hoisin sauce, nor cornstarch. So this ended up being at tasty stirfry in a brown gravy ish sauce. Good no matter what. Proud.
