That's Right, A Stir Fry
Portobello mushrooms, artichoke hearts and snap peas in a little sesame oil and cilantro pesto with brown rice. It needed a little salt but other than that quite delicious.

What sort of artichoke hearts do you use? Canned or Frozen? It looks good.
canned and large...quartered irregularly.
