At some point lately, I made myself quite a tasty salad. Some arugula and whatnot greens, chopped tomato, sliced avocado, slightly steamed asparagus, smoked salmon and a soft boiled egg. All topped off with a lemon truffle champagne vinaigrette of my own making. It was delicious. It's the sort of thing I should eat all the time in order to feel healthy and slender while also full and satisfied. Alas.
