After the wedding we were all bused to a dock and then two boats ferried us over to the island.
I was seated at table 5.
There were plenty of snacks and drinks for us while we waited for the couple to make their entrance. Smoked salmon? Yes please. Pimms Cups and champagne? Oh, hell yes.
I didn't take a photograph of them, but the sausage rolls were ridiculously tasty.
L. and T. are in the boat to the far right, coming in for their wedding landing.
A great crowd gathered to huzzah and congratulate the couple as they docked.
L.'s niece, also the flower girl, enjoyed blowing bubbles.
T. and L. had their first dance to Ma Vie En Rose. T. made a number of fantastic faces...as if he was quite surprised and pleased with his dance moves, which, it seems, he was only taught the day before.
More wedding photos will follow.
