Trivia

On Tuesday, after much delay, a group of Chicagoers went to Globe Pub and participated in trivia night. I ate a half order of barbeque chicken quesadillas (sweet barbeque, small chicken chunks, good enough) and had a Carlsberg or two and a Franzikaner Heffe Weisse. Our team, C's Club of Fun, did not win. But we didn't come in dead last either which is kind of impressive since this was a team in which not all members really knew each other...and yet with our brains combined we were able to answer a few of the 10 questions about Pope John Paull II and another few out of a whole round about Dr. Seuss. Then there was the identification round: all celebrity chefs. I believe we will be back and next time I'll try a sandwich and some other kind of fancy beer.

If the team is interested in another member or a substitute member for future outings, I have what I would like to think of as a trivial knowledge base.

Maybe that's not the right way to say that...
