It's Very Good
To learn how to make the most tasty, rich, fatty and delicious mushroom soup ever (at least in my experience of making soups) go here. I made a lot of this soup on Tuesday. Now I will eat it for the rest of my natural born life. Which is great because it's good soup. It's bad, however, becaues it is as rich and fatty as I say it is. Mmm, heavy cream.

Oh boy, I think you're going to hear it from your Chicagoist photo critics ! There is just something about that spotted serving bowl (with the gray soup). Where did it come from? mc
I made the soup last night and it was delicious - i used a different combo of mushrooms, but i'm pretty sure the type doesn't really matter, as long as there are a lot of them. also, seth says the soup was good and "hello".
So glad to know that someone else makes the recipes...because usually they are good and usually it seems like no one actually tries them out. So thank you. Tell Seth I say 'hiya'.
