A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Swiss Chard
On Friday one of my mother's friends called me and asked how she could locate a recipe on the internet. In the end I simply did it for her, went to her house, took over the cooking of said recipe and ate with her. And drank white wine. The recipe was for Swiss Chard, pine nuts and raisins. Technically there should have been an onion but there wasn't one so we did without.
