A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Ok I went to the link, the recipe is fine, the picture a little off, I loved the addition of Gorgonzola cheese (I am thinking goat cheese would be good too, and yeah fergit the bread, use the bread from a loaf, sliced, to sop up the extra in the bowl; we don't lick the bowl in company)but boy howdy the commenters were all in a baaaaad mood. Maybe they were overheated or something.
Tomatoes and cukes and whatever combo of anything else is what I do, no water at all...but to each her own!
