Happy National Rum Day!

By the by, a Mount Gay Rum representative contacted me to let me know that today is National Rum Day! And they were kind enough to send me a sample bottle of their product in order to celebrate the festivities. I plan on using one of their food recipes and one of their drink recipes today...or tomorrow (the bottle didn't arrive until Thursday and I haven't had time to go grocery shopping for any of the necessary ingredients...other than the rum).
