Last Wednesday, I met up with J. & J. (and S. & N.) for dinner in Manayunk. We went to the Manayunk Brewery. I had a peach flavored beer.
And a thinly sliced beef sandwich with provolone cheese, spicy pickles and excellent french fries.
Then, not pictured, I had a raspberry flavored/brewed beer. For girly flavored beers they weren't simply sweet messes. The spicy pickles were very nice. And the french fries were quite possibly the best I have had in quite some time. The sandwich was good but I thought the meat could have been juicier. Of course the dish did come with a side of 'jus' and a creamy horseradish sauce so moistness levels had the ability to improve. Thanks J&J and S&N for the dinner and the company!
