Yesterday I had a little quesadilla...Trader Joe's Mexican shredded cheese, tomatoes, corn and a little itsy bitsy bit of goat cheese. Microwaved for about thirty five seconds and then flipped around on the skillet for another minute or two.It was taste-a-licious.
