When two friends escaped the blue line and moved on up to the red line they had some stuff they didn't want anymore. One of these things was a pop over kind of baking thing. I took it and today I attempted to make muffins in it...white chocolate and craisin muffins to be exact.
The muffin shape was a little lacking, but the taste was there. Lesson learned...make muffins in muffin pan and pop overs in pop over pan...unless you're muffin hungry then do what you can.
