A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Spring
It's spring in Maryland. Crocuses are everywhere in varying degrees of bloom. Purple and white and yellow, all popping up and saying 'howdy it's warmer here than Indiana, ain't it?'.

Crocus!!!
We have daffodil mania here, and the flowering decorative fruit trees are all in full bloom glory. So of course we are waiting for a re-do of last year's Easter FREEZE. Actually we are all hoping like hell to not have deja vu weatherwise.
And when exactly does spring come to the Hoosier State? I am happy winter is, for the most part, banished.
