A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Lunch by the Lawn
On Wednesday, before I got on my train, I met with L. for a quick lunch. We went to a place, the name of which I forget but it was just by Bryant Park, on the side without the Chipotle. L. and I both went to the salad bar type thing. This was a gourmet grocery/deli kind of place...no Jello with marshmallow flecks...I got a sampling of things. The best was the marinated tofu....I liked it. The antipasto salad's meats weren't all that compelling. Bryant Park is pretty.
