Last Night Dinner

This is the honey/soy/sesame glazed salmon with a cauliflower/snap pea side dish I made for dinner last night. I won't lie to you, it tasted very good and I was impressed with myself. The boyfriend ate all he was served, so I'm going to take that as a sign of his approval as well.
The dogs were a bit crazy today. I found myself thinking about giving my notice at least three times. I'm not exactly sure what holds me back. I have a teaching assistantship which pays more money and looks far better on a resume (I probably won't include the doggie daycare on any resume...as my responsibilities consist mainly of 1)watch dogs 2)pick up their poop and 3)drop dogs off...oh yeah and mop the floors).

I have to go eat now.
