Dim Sum c/o Joy Tsin Lau, Part 3

It wouldn't be a visit from the parents without a dim sum Sunday. We went to Joy Tsin Lau. It was good. There were plenty of treats to eat. Including pork siu mai.
Sh'ramp dumplings.
Bean curd skin wrapped around magical meaty filling.
Spinach dumplings!
Shrimp-laden fun noodles properly lathered with sweet soy-like sauce.
Taro.
Egg custard dessert.

Taro it must be taro I am remembering from dim sum of yore. That or some funky radish cake thingy. Too bad there is no dim sum here...barely any mediocre take out...sigh.

oh man. I actually salivated when i saw those photos. Then, I promptly googled "dim sum bloomington" and found a restaurant in bloomington, minnesota. Also, I found a blogpost about it that was titled, "The Sum of all Dimness." Ingenious or stupidly obvious? I'm not sure...
