A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

First Day of Class
So, I google imaged 'First Day of Classes' and this was one of the images that came up. I won't lie to you, my nails look nothing like the nails above and I don't own a single highlighter let alone two. It's winter and my hands are dry. It's been a good lazy time between getting back to Chicago and today. I did make a few forays into the world of looking for a job, not very epic forays but the fingers moved and stuff like that. Right. So. I'm going to finish my tea, moisturize my hands and pack myself up.

Wow. Your school starts really late. Lucky. Also, I can't tell you how many hi-lighters I currently own. I'm thinking somewhere around 15. It seems our schools are very different.
those look like skanky do-it-yourself acrylic nails to me. I thought those were yours, and I was going to have an intervention about it. i own two highlighters, btw. and i like it like that.
I spy...with my little eye...three highlighters.
It's true school does start rather late. Though I'm used to it from college, boy did college take a while to go back into session...that's why Bard called it 'intercession'. Right? What? I have no comment on the quality of the nails but I will admit to counting the highlighters poorly. I, too, spy (with both of my bright eyes) three highlighters as well. It was just a momentary lapse of counting skills, I'm better now.
