Lima Bean, Carrot and Garlic Soup With Chipotle Peppers
Last weekend I made myself a soup. Initially I didn't plan to puree it, but to have the whole beans and slices of carrots in the chipotle/garlic broth..but it just seemed like the thing to do. A successful soup. Spicy but hearty. Nice with a lime garnish.
