A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Indian Kebab
For dinner, at work, one night, the day I couldn't tell you...it seems very long ago...we ordered from King of Tandoor. I decided to try another new thing. I believe it was Seekh Kebab. Ground lamb skewered and cooked Tandoori style. Interesting texture and taste. Altogether something I would try once more before deciding whether I liked it or not.
