After ice cream I drove back home and walked down to where a free live little concert featuring Bruce Springsteen. I became a bit overwhelmed by all the faces of people I didn't know, that whole large crowds lonely thing is true, so I left and sat on my deck--capable of hearing the echoes of the music without feeling bone crushingly isolated.
