Dim Sum c/o Joy Tsin Lau

On Sunday I walked to Chinatown and met up with Mr. Ass and N. for a rousing round of dim sum.
We went to Joy Tsin Lau and properly stuffed ourselves with tasty treats and tea.

There was a fry cart.
Scallion dumplings.
Meat dumplings...with some lemongrass component in the meat, so very good.
Appropriate dim sum comas and crazy dim sum giggles were had.

Do you suggest that they fried to order on the fry cart? I've never seen this!

That claw coming out of the dumpling thing is intense. It's like he's greeting you with a friendly handshake before you devour him (her?)

I do not suggest that exactly. It's more like they're going around being fried and you can say yes, I would like those fried things please.

The claw was friendly, the giant mass of shrimp ball (even for me, a shrimp lover) was less friendly. I took one bite and said that it was over.
