Birdies Attack

What are these birds? Above: look they're speckled, bathing and have blue feathers.
Below: look it's a bird.
I've also seen three different kinds of woodpeckers that are small and cute. And blue birds. Oh and on the way to the mailbox this afternoon I noticed a bird with a bit of a reddish neck and chest but bluey back feathers. What was that bird?
