Poached Eggs, Hash Browns and Sausage Patties c/o Blue Plate

Before getting on the road in earnest I stopped at the Blue Plate Diner for breakfast. I ordered two poached eggs with hash browns, sausage patties and toast. They didn't have the option of sausage links, but these patties were actually better than most. The whole thing was cheap and delicious and I was glad that I stopped.
