I've been going through a cream of wheat phase. This is not the first time nor will it be the last. I can remember my mother making cream of wheat for me, always with my encouragement to include lumps. I can't quite remember when I took over my cream of wheat making needs but I did and I perfected the lump to gruel ratio. Lately I've been putting a bit of butter, a liberal helping of brown sugar and a lovely drizzle of maple syrup on top for extra yummy goodness...oh and milk.
