At some point I also went to McCrossen's with LW. I ordered their onion soup with tripe. I haven't really ever tried tripe. This mostly just tasted like an above average french onion soup, didn't really pick up on a new taste, positive or negative. Which then begs the question, if you try tripe but your tongue doesn't really register it, have you really tried tripe?

Onion Soup c/o McCrossens
At some point I also went to McCrossen's with LW. I ordered their onion soup with tripe. I haven't really ever tried tripe.
