A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

Christmas Dinner
For Christmas dinner NCC cooked a standing rib roast and grilled asparagus...and made rolls. I contributed slightly by mashing up some garlic mashed potatoes. It was a good holiday meal.

Oh the potatoes were mightily good. As was the beast. And the company, yep, it was all delightful. We can do it again in 2012, without a do-over of the plumbing disaster. That I can do without for the rest of my natural born days. Still all torn up, no end in sight, no contractors in sight. Sigh.
