A blog chronicling my departure from urban life on the east coast to sheep farm and cheese making life on the west coast. Still recounting the meals I have eaten in my new setting, but with more sheep thrown into the mix.

A Little Pasta
On some day in the not so distant past I concocted a meal for myself that included sauteed garlic, mushrooms and green pepper, bits of smoked salmon, a lightly fried egg and pasta. I'm not sure of this, but I would guess that I added cheese and truffle oil to boot. Because that is simply how I roll.

Thanks for not adding chocolate chips. But then again, anything with truffle oil would probably taste good. I think the flecks of pink salmon make the shot :)
Oh dear--I had such a difficult time proving I wasn't a robot, but am hoping the third try will do it--Anyway, I love the shot, especially the flecks of pink salmon, even if the dish is reminding me of 'leftover parfait' from Malcolm in the Middle. BUT anything with truffle oil would taste good!
