Smoked Salmon Wrap c/o Mugshots

This sandwich is c/o Mugshots and was not overly impressive. My limitation is that I know good smoked salmon when I try it, but I can't quite explain it. It should have a true smoke element and not be overly 'fishy'. The smoked salmon in this wrap wasn't tripping the 'good smoked salmon' wire in my brain taste synapses, or whatever.
