Nuff Said

It was shaping up to be a scorcher of a day but it was still early enough that I thought I'd drive to Tyler State Park and take a walk about. Unfortunately I realized, driving into the park, that something was seriously amiss with my car and I was not at all surprised to find that my front left tire was flat upon safe arrival in a parking lot. Let me ask you this. And by you I mean every one of you who ever stops in and reads this blog. How many flat tires have you had in your life? I encourage comments that include the factors involved in the flat tires and your age. For example, I am 26 and I believe that I have had a total of five flat tires between two cars and nine years of driving.
Let us not forget that Duckie, Ambassador Iron Face was only purchased in April. So that's a total of six months before a flat tire. I believe that this sucks balls.

Bugs Are For Terrified Babies

This is the terrifying beetle I found in the living room last night. It was gigantic and huge and scary. Next to it is a shoe. And as much as I thought about killing it, I didn't...mainly because it would have made some terrible crunchy crunching noise that would haunt me in my waking moments and sleeping ones. Ooooga!

And, To Recap

And after such a lovely, if blustery, night it makes perfect sense that I would find my car in the above state. It precipitated occasionally throughout Sunday and some of Monday. Now it is fixed, some dudes came and fixed it this morning, but the slight rage I have lingers. Lingers in a lovely way that leads me to want to write an essay about Veronica Mars and the ass hole who threw a bottle through my car's window and didn't even have the decency to steal anything to make it worthwhile/understandable.

And now we're back to present day. End scene.

It Doesn't Get Better

So I thought I could fix this whole 'links, archives and frappr map at the bottom of the freakin' blog' thing by deleting the page elements and then rebuilding them. This was a mistake. I have now lost all my links (and am dreadfully afraid I won't be able to find them all again) and they would still be at the bottom of the page (I started rebuilding but once I realized the problem wasn't fixed, decided to grump instead). I have emailed two tech saavy friends about this but they have not, as of yet, gotten back to me. So if you are at all tech saavy (and by tech saavy I mean html/blogger saavy) please let me know. I am thinking about giving you all access to my account so's you can fix the damn thing. Of course if you're a complete stranger I may just take step by step directions. Until this gets sorted out there will be no links. Sorry.
